The arrival of a blue-eyed Maine Coon princess

A special and unusual day came into my life on July 14, 2023. That day has changed my everyday life. That’s tghe day when Joyfield’s Althena, the blue-eyed Maine Coon princess, arrived in our home and family.

So, an unknown creature has arrived in my empire. At first I didn’t know how to approach to her.

Does she want to be a usurper, or have I got another subject? – I was thinking about it. Meanwhile, persistently expressing my displeasure towards both the newcomer and my Owner… In other words, I was moaning and blowing.

How dare you do this to me, to your Everything? – I asked my Meowmy.

You brought an intruder into my empire! – I continued.

My Servant, I want to say Meowmy, tried to reassure me constantly that he would love me just the same way. And she continued to console me: at least I won’t be bored when she is not at home, I’ll have a new playmate, etc.

And what was the little blue-eyed Maine Coon princess doing in the meantime?

Well, she kept trying to make friends with me, swing on the fences. Despite my moaning, she wanted to come closer and closer to me.

Finally, I decided to move out onto the balcony for a whole day. However, my curiosity won, but that’s a topic for another entry of my Secret Diary.

The great thingt is that, to our Meowmy’s greatest joy (in less time than she expected), we became very good friends with Althena, i.e. Théni, whom you will meet regularly in the future in Meowmy’s blog posts and, of course, in the pages of my Secret Diary.

So, welcome Joyfield’s Althena, the rare blue-eyed Maine Coon cat, into our little family!
